Live virtual workshop · September 17

Stop searching. Start delegating.

Stop using ChatGPT like Google. Teach it to work for you.

Bring one recurring process. Learn how to see the workflow, define what the agent needs, and build a practical first version that can give you meaningful time back.

01Map the recurring work
02Build a first agent framework
03Leave with steps to keep improving

The shift

A chat answers a question. An agent learns how the work gets done.

Using ChatGPT like Google

  • Ask one isolated question
  • Explain the context again next time
  • Copy, paste, and rebuild the work manually

Teaching ChatGPT to work

  • Give it a durable goal and process
  • Supply the right context, tools, and boundaries
  • Test the output and improve the system

Three hours with a clear arc

Understand the work before you automate it.

01

Minutes 00–45

See the work clearly

Choose a recurring process, make the steps visible, and find the part where an agent can create real leverage.

02

Minutes 45–90

Design the handoff

Define the goal, context, boundaries, evidence, and human judgment the agent needs to work reliably.

03

Minutes 90–180

Build, test, improve

Create a first agent in ChatGPT Work, test it against the workflow, and leave with the framework to keep refining it.

Aaron will also share practical skills and workflow patterns he uses to reduce setup time and make repeatable work easier to maintain.

What the time can be worth

The course does not need to save much time to pay for itself.

If your time is worth $25 per hour, ten reclaimed hours equal the course price. At $50 per hour, it takes five. Use the calculator to include both the course and the ChatGPT subscription.

This calculator values reclaimed time; it does not promise savings, revenue, or a particular result. Outcomes depend on the workflow, access, implementation, and continued use.

Early results from the work

Less repeat work. More room to lead.

Examples are anonymized. Results vary by workflow, access, implementation, and continued use.

Small-business operations leader

Five hours back after one session—and a path toward twenty.

Working 60–80+ hours a week without room to hire, this leader was trapped in repetitive computer work instead of leading the operational team. The first ChatGPT Work agents are already saving at least five hours weekly. The longer-term target is to reclaim 20+ hours per week and return the role to sustainable operating leadership.

Chief financial officer

A multi-day analysis moved to a reviewable draft in under an hour.

After one working session, the CFO gave an agent a complex project-analysis assignment. In roughly 30–45 minutes, it completed the research and analysis and organized the result for an executive summary. Human review and validation still mattered, but one task recovered tens of hours of executive time.

Tens of hours saved on one task

This is for you when

  • You own, lead, or advise recurring business work.
  • You are willing to map the process before reaching for automation.
  • You can install and use the ChatGPT desktop app—or you are learning so you can advise an employer responsibly.
  • You understand that useful agents need testing and continued refinement.

Pause before registering when

  • Your employer or IT team will not allow the required software or information access.
  • You want a passive AI overview instead of a hands-on working session.
  • You expect an unreviewed agent to replace judgment, controls, or accountability.
  • You plan to bring confidential information that you are not authorized to use.

Before September 17

01

A Windows or Mac computer

The workshop is not designed for phones or tablets.

02

The desktop app

Install ChatGPT before the workshop; do not plan to use only the website.

03

Plus or higher

ChatGPT Plus is the recommended $20/month starting point. Higher Pro usage tiers are optional.

04

Permission and a workflow

Confirm your IT/access rules. Bring a recurring workflow if possible; a generic example is available if not.

Clear expectations

Questions worth answering before checkout.

Will my agent be completely finished during the workshop?+

Not necessarily. Some workflows take more testing, permissions, source material, or custom skills than three hours allows. You will leave with the process, a mapped workflow, and a solid working framework. The cohort-specific follow-up guide will document the steps needed to continue.

What if I do not have a workflow ready?+

Bring one if you can because real work makes the method easier to understand. If you do not have one ready, we will use a generic recurring workflow so you can still build and learn the process.

Do I receive the workshop recording?+

The workshop will be recorded so Aaron can turn the session into a concise, cohort-specific working guide. The full recording is not included; the useful steps, examples, and answers are distilled into something easier to use.

What is the cancellation policy?+

Cancel before 10:00 AM Central on September 16 for a full refund. Registrations are non-refundable inside the final 24 hours and for no-shows, but a seat may be transferred to another person before the workshop. If PSCC cancels, you may choose a full refund or future-cohort credit.

Is this the same as the private group workshop?+

The method is related, but the format is different. This is an open-enrollment virtual cohort where each participant can bring their own workflow. The private group workshop is designed for one business or organization working together on shared needs.
