When you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, company, role, and message you choose to submit. The form sends that information to the PSCC business inbox so Aaron can respond.

When you schedule through Calendly, the information you enter is collected and processed through Calendly under its own privacy practices. Payment information for paid sessions is handled through the services presented during Calendly booking; PSCC does not collect card details through this website.

When you register for a workshop, request a future date, join a waitlist, or subscribe to Hours Back, PSCC stores the contact information, preferences, readiness confirmations, and workflow context you submit. Hours Back consent is optional and recorded separately from workshop registration or interest.

Workshop card payments are completed on Stripe-hosted Checkout. Stripe processes payment details under its own privacy practices; PSCC receives payment status and transaction identifiers but does not store full card numbers on this website.

This site may use Google Analytics to understand visits, page use, traffic sources, and booking interactions. Google Analytics and Calendly may use cookies or similar browser technologies as part of those services.

Cloudflare provides delivery and security services for this website and may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, requested pages, and security events. The website host may also create normal server and error logs.

PSCC uses submitted information to respond to questions, schedule and deliver services, maintain client and business records, understand website performance, improve the site, and protect the website from abuse.

Workshop and interest information is also used to manage seats, confirmations, refunds, waitlists, future cohorts, and the optional Hours Back subscriber list. Subscribing to Hours Back is not required to register or request a future date.

PSCC does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate the website, email, scheduling, analytics, payment, and security functions, or when disclosure is required by law.

Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, for business records, or to meet legal and contractual obligations. Retention can differ depending on whether the information is a general inquiry, scheduling record, payment record, or client communication.

PSCC uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website, email service, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

You can limit analytics cookies through your browser settings or available browser privacy tools. You can also choose to contact PSCC directly instead of using the website form or embedded scheduling experience.
