Purpose before mechanism
Start with the result the work must create before choosing a tool or technique.
Workflow Optimization
A fixed-scope working session for one real workflow you own. We clarify its purpose and boundaries, model how the work runs today, simplify what should change, and use AI, automation, or existing tools only where they genuinely improve the workflow.
One workflow. One focused session. A clear next version.
How the work stays useful
AI can be part of the answer, but it is never the starting assumption. We clarify what the work is for, what it must respect, and what the evidence says before we decide where leverage belongs.
Start with the result the work must create before choosing a tool or technique.
Name the constraints, decisions, risks, and non-negotiables before changing the workflow.
Patterns guide the conversation, but the work in front of us decides what belongs.
The right workflow preserves context, judgment, and accountability where they matter.
A faster version of a bad or unclear process is not a successful outcome.
90 minutes, fully scoped
Every segment earns its place: understand the work, locate leverage, test the next version, and make the handoff usable.
Define the outcome and what “better” needs to mean.
Set scope, constraints, risks, decisions, and non-negotiables.
Map how the task actually moves today, including judgment calls.
Decide what to eliminate, simplify, preserve as human judgment, or support with technology.
Create and pressure-test the highest-value change or implementation path.
Capture instructions, baseline measures, and next actions.
What you leave with
The session is not a strategy conversation that ends when the call ends. It produces the pieces needed to try the workflow, measure it, and decide what to change next.

Common questions
No. We clarify and simplify the workflow first. AI, automation, or another tool enters only when it improves the work without hiding important judgment or accountability.
The session covers purpose, boundaries, the current workflow model, a simplify-or-support decision, a build and test step, and a handoff for one recurring task you own.
No. The session produces a working first version when the scope allows it, or an implementation blueprint with instructions, a time baseline, and a measurement approach. It is not a full custom application build.
A workflow involving multiple people, roles, or teams usually needs a broader process diagnosis than one 90-minute session can provide. Start with a free fit call so we can look at ownership, handoffs, constraints, and the most useful next step.

Bring a real recurring task. We will make the purpose, boundaries, leverage, and next version visible enough to use.
Book for $350For a shared workflow
A four-hour facilitated workshop for a shared workflow, with a minimum of 6 seats and room for up to 15 participants. The group leaves with a common model, leverage opportunities, and a prioritized implementation path.
This is a group working session. It is not 15 individual workflow builds.
Teams with fewer than 6 participants are welcome at the 6-seat minimum.
